The Yellowstone Strengths Academy is a community-led career development program to build confidence and competence in tomorrow’s workforce. Students receive specialized instruction from industry professionals, certified educators & Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches. The concentrated course curriculum–offered “live” or “on demand”–is coupled with strategies, motivational techniques, mentorships and practical experience to help workers gain stronger insights into their natural talents while sharpening their communication, interpersonal and professional skills.
